New Romantic

Don't know or think that the Artists true intentions was but the fluoro yellow and orange over the eyes. It sort of looks likes its been added to, but that’s what I like about street art, things get added to and changed by time. It really reminds me of the New Romantics from the 80’s pop music, Adam and the Ants anyone?

I was going through my phone looking at Pictures I have taken and haven't uploaded and found this one. This was taken way back in June 27th 2008, in some toilet of a Pub or Bar, possibly the Evelyn in Fitzroy (correct me if I'm wrong, I would like to know).
